The room had all the necessary cooking equipment (i made good use of the kitchenette). the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. the staff communicated promptly via whatsapp. I felt well-cared for .
i found the trams running at night quite noisy. the absence of air conditioning was noticeable, especially with the warmer weather. the compact fridge lacked a freezer compartment (this limited my options for storing food).

The staff was very helpful. communication was amazing. the rooms were nice and clean. the price makes it possibly one of the best stays. It is also close to the city centre. we needed some favors, and the staff was there to help us.
The room assigned to us felt small. It did not have enough space. the bed was also small for both of us and a bit uncomfortable. we could not sleep, even with the windows closed, because of the noise from cars and others outside.

the room included a comfortable bed. it also had a modern design. clean linens were provided. the room temperature was easy to adjust with simple controls.

excellent coffee was available for breakfast near the entrance. tea could be prepared directly in the room. croissants were available upon arrival. quick oats and bagels were available on the first day.

the location is ideal as it is in a quiet neighborhood. it is a short walk to public transport. bus and tram stops are only two minutes away. this allows easy transport to downtown areas.

i found the studio very clean, which i really appreciate. the kitchenette had all the basics i needed for a short stay. it was nice there were shops close by too (i needed to buy some snacks!).
The room felt small for the price i paid. there wasn't air conditioning, only a fan, and it got pretty warm. also, the street outside was noisy. Trams ran late into the night.

the Studios looked EXACTLY like the pictures online.
The noise from the trams was awful. It ran all night, and I could hear everything from inside the room. I understand they provide earplugs, BUT it was still hard to sleep. I THINK they should focus on soundproofing.

the apartment was clean and well-equipped. there was a washing machine available on each floor.
the location was not ideal for me, requiring a bus or metro ride of about 30 minutes to the center. it was too hot in the studio, even with the fan provided, and the fan was quite noisy. there were also many small mosquitoes that were bothersome.
